PROGRAMS

Direct help, delivered with dignity

Every program below started as a request from a neighbor. If you need something that isn't listed, call us anyway — we will help you find it.

Respite Care Assistance

For family Caregivers

Support for the person caring at home, giving them the opportunity to rest, attend their own appointments and keep going. When grants are available, we provide financial assistance to help cover respite care costs.

For Families new to dementia

Caregiver Education & Resources

Plain-language guidance on dementia stages, daily routines, medication reminders, comfort strategies and referrals to local services.

Short-term help when something breaks: food, hygiene supplies, utility or rent emergencies, and rapid coordination with partner agencies.

Emergency Assistance

For older adults in crisis

Feedings & Food Delivery

For seniors and senior residences

Prepared meals and food boxes packed and delivered by volunteers to residents who cannot easily shop or cook.

For the whole neighborhood

Community Outreach & Resource Events

Senior-friendly gatherings, holiday visits, health screenings and resource fairs that connect older adults to the help already around them.

Navigation help with housing programs, emergency rental and utility support, and partnerships that keep older adults safely housed.
