Respite Care Assistance
For family Caregivers
Support for the person caring at home, giving them the opportunity to rest, attend their own appointments and keep going. When grants are available, we provide financial assistance to help cover respite care costs.
For Families new to dementia
Caregiver Education & Resources
Plain-language guidance on dementia stages, daily routines, medication reminders, comfort strategies and referrals to local services.
Short-term help when something breaks: food, hygiene supplies, utility or rent emergencies, and rapid coordination with partner agencies.
Emergency Assistance
For older adults in crisis
Feedings & Food Delivery
For seniors and senior residences
Prepared meals and food boxes packed and delivered by volunteers to residents who cannot easily shop or cook.
For the whole neighborhood
Community Outreach & Resource Events
Senior-friendly gatherings, holiday visits, health screenings and resource fairs that connect older adults to the help already around them.
Navigation help with housing programs, emergency rental and utility support, and partnerships that keep older adults safely housed.
